Coming to the UK: Shatter proof pint glasses?

87,000 are reported to getting “glassed” by unruly UK bar patrons (reported, I’m sure this rises above 100,000 a year) which is … well, a lot! Rather than reduce the cause of these incidents, some UK glass makers have decided to embrace their scrappy culture and just redesign pint glasses to reduce breakage.
